Demolition and site clearing of an old structure in Oklahoma City, OK

Demolition in Oklahoma City, OK

Old Structures Down, Debris Gone, Site Graded and Ready

Owner-operated demolition across the OKC metro. We take down outbuildings, small structures, and site obstructions with the same heavy equipment we clear and grade with, haul the debris off, and leave the ground level instead of leaving you a hole.

Demolition and Site Clearing Across the OKC Metro

Sometimes the Job Starts With Taking Something Down

The first thing standing between you and a usable property is often whatever is already sitting on it. A leaning barn, a shop nobody has opened in ten years, a cracked slab where the new shed needs to go. Innovative Services handles that demolition with the same excavators, dozers, and loaders we clear and grade with, so an old structure does not need a separate specialty crew to disappear.

Once it is down, we keep going. Debris removal, site cleanup, and grading happen in the same push instead of you lining up another contractor after the fact. Every teardown starts with a free on-site look, and if your structure is outside what our equipment should take on, we will tell you that straight the day we walk it.

What Our Demolition Covers

Structure Demolition, Debris Removal, and Site Cleanup

Four parts of the same job. We take the structure down, get the debris off the property, and put the ground back in shape so the site is worth something again.

Structure demolition

Taking down old outbuildings, structures, and site obstructions that are in the way of your plans.

Debris removal

Clearing the debris and rubble so the site is clean and ready for the next step.

Demolition plus site clearing

Combining demolition with clearing and grubbing so the whole property comes back to usable ground in one job.

Site cleanup and grading

Grading the ground back out after demolition so the site is level and ready to rebuild or repurpose.

What We Take Down

Outbuildings, Obstructions, and the Ground Underneath Them

We work at the scale our equipment handles well: outbuildings, small structures, and the debris in your way. No implosion, no multi-story work, no pretending otherwise.

Outbuildings and Old Structures

Barns, sheds, shops, carports, and small structures that have quit earning their keep. We take down what our equipment can safely handle, and we say so plainly when a structure is bigger than what we should be on.

Debris and Site Obstructions

Old slabs, broken concrete, foundations, rusted equipment, junk piles, and whatever else is sitting where your project needs to go. It gets loaded out and hauled off, not shoved to the back fence.

Then We Grade It Back Out

This is the part most demolition outfits skip. They leave you a hole and a pile and call it done. We already own the dozers, so after the teardown we backfill, level, and grade the ground back out until it is actually usable again.

Is It Time to Tear It Down?

You Probably Need Demolition If...

  • An old structure or outbuilding is in the way
  • A property is covered in debris that has to go
  • You want demolition and site clearing handled together
  • The site needs to be cleaned up and graded after teardown

If any of that sounds like your property, a free walk-through is the fastest way to find out what the teardown really takes and what the site looks like when we pull off.

Demolition Cost in Oklahoma

How Much Does Demolition Cost?

Demolition is priced per job, after an on-site look. There is no honest flat rate we can quote over the phone, because a metal shed on an open lot and a block shop wedged between a fence and a septic line are two very different days of work. What we can promise is a firm number before anything comes down, and a free estimate to get it.

One more thing we will be straight about: if a structure is bigger or more involved than what our equipment should take on, we will say so on the walk-through and tell you what kind of outfit you actually need. We would rather lose the job than start one we should not be on.

Demolition FAQs

Demolition Questions, Answered

How much does demolition cost?
Demolition is priced per job based on the size and type of structure, access, and debris handling. We give you a firm number after an on-site look, and the estimate is free.
Do you clear and grade after demolition?
Yes. Because we clear, grub, and grade, we can take a property from teardown through cleanup to a level, ready site with one crew.
What kind of demolition do you handle?
We focus on structures and obstructions we can take down and clear with our equipment as part of site work. Tell us what you have and we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.
Do you haul off the debris?
Yes. Debris removal is part of the job so you are left with a clean site, not a pile.
What kind of structures do you demolish?
Outbuildings, barns, sheds, shops, carports, small structures, and site obstructions like old slabs and foundations, meaning the things we can take down safely with the excavators, dozers, and loaders we already run. We are not a high-rise or multi-story demolition outfit and we do not do implosion work. Tell us what is on your property and we will tell you straight whether it is a fit for our equipment.
Do you haul the debris away, or does it stay on site?
It goes. Debris removal is part of the job, so the concrete, metal, and wood get loaded out and hauled off instead of pushed into a pile at the back of the lot. If there is material worth keeping on site, we will point that out before we start rather than after.
Can you demolish and clear the lot in one job?
Yes, and that is usually the cheaper way to do it. One crew and one mobilization handles the teardown, then keeps rolling into clearing, grubbing, and grading the rest of the property. You are not waiting two weeks for a second contractor to show up and re-track the ground we just finished.
